    Tirz good enough, or switch?

I like keeping both in the mix because the appetite thing is real - reta alone leaves me hungry but tirz handles that part. Balancing them out has been solid so far, no major side effects and things seem to be working.

    Mixing GLP-1s in one syringe?

online regulation lags reality. canada seized stocks, us labs got shut down. 'free internet' doesn't guarantee free market for everything even if we want it. complicated mess.

First Ozempic dose - I'm stoked!

Something I didn't expect was how much my appetite changed! Used to love spicy food and carbonated drinks, but they don't sit well with me anymore. Anyone else experience this?

    Halfway There! Woot!

I'm not OP, but I recommend tracking EVERYTHING. What you eat, how you feel, side effects. It really helps you dial in what works for you.

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Don't forget to rotate where you inject! One person mentioned they go top center of the stomach, a little to the left, center left, and so on. I was stalled for a couple weeks but then went from the normal dosage down to a little less. Got back on track that way. Doing great!

    Seeing real changes! 😊

Started this thing around late spring of '25. Diagnosed T2D. Still just on the lowest dose, 2.5mg. The after pic is actually the 'now' pic. Still got a ways to go!

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

I’m on 5mg and have been on Mounjaro for around four and a half months. I’ve lost around 42 pounds, with the biggest drop at the start, which I think was mostly inflammation. I work out with weights every day and sometimes add a walk or Pilates. I wish I'd measured myself because I think that's...

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Hey everyone, it's important to keep expectations in check. Results can vary. 2.5mg isn't really meant to do much on its own, and it takes time to build up in your system. The first weight you lose is usually water from inflammation. Some people have a lot of inflammation and will seem to lose...

    Someone noticed my weight loss!

I would suggest talking to a dietitian if your insurance covers it. They can help you maintain your weight without feeling too restricted. Don't get too hung up on your BMI as it's not always accurate. It doesn't consider muscle mass or fat distribution.

Thanks! Good to know. I'll keep that in mind as I titrate up! Exercise is key, I guess!

    Mounjaro magic!

Congrats! I'm a newbie. Which dosage of Mounjaro did you find most effective? Did you hit any plateaus? I'd love any details you're willing to share!

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

Check out forums like the community or the community. They have discussions about trusted vendors.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

Yep, it stings. It depends on how I hold my skin and inject it. Where did you read that GHK-Cu degrades after five days? GHK-Cu's reputation is based on a Reddit thread with progress pics of an older woman using it. I wouldn't be shocked if she got fillers.
