    Sudden weight drop--normal?

Dont be! 10 pounds is GREAT! Think of it as 30 pounds a year, you are doing awesome! Comparison is the thief of joy!

    Sudden weight drop--normal?

Weight fluctuates like crazy! Especially for us ladies. Were you maybe constipated recently? Could be that, or just water retention, or who knows what!

    Sudden weight drop--normal?

I'm coming up on a year now. There were times where I would lose like, 4 pounds in a week, and then barely anything for several weeks. Like .5 a pound. I figure it all evens out eventually. Those tiny losses are a bummer, lol.

    Mounjaro: Truly Life-Changing!

this med is legit tough. you can shake it around all day and nothing bad happens. so the whole careful syringe-handling thing doesn't really matter. it's way more forgiving than people think.

    Melt fat from my cankles??

Honestly, the mental shift is HUGE. I feel like myself again. The shame and worry about being overweight faded. I want to shout it from the rooftops but people judge. It's so great to get yourself back.

Gopeps - Real deal or nah?

I've had pretty good luck with a certain vendor for purity, and their customer service has been excellent.

Gopeps - Real deal or nah?

Honestly, ordering from random websites is risky. You never know what you're actually getting. My advice? See an anti-aging doc. They'll have the real stuff. I go through a clinic that makes sure everything is FDA approved.

    Anyone else feeling... different?

I've had the opposite thing happen. I still think of myself as being fitter than I am. COVID hit me hard, and I've gained maybe 30 pounds. It's hard to see how much I've actually changed!

    Finally normal labs!

Thanks. And hang in there...I know it's tough. I was on metformin and a ton of insulin to manage things before this. Now, I'm so much better.

    Finally normal labs!

Thanks all! It's been a long road. I started this journey because I was diagnosed with T2D at 35 following some pre-diabetes and PCOS issues. My A1C was through the roof, I had tingling in my hands and feet, my vision was wonky, and I weighed over 210 lbs. Now I'm feeling so much better.

    Anyone else feeling... different?

I always found excuses for why exercise wasn't possible because of my health problems. Since starting Mounjaro, I've found the motivation to walk (despite a heel spur), go to the gym instead of just paying for it, and incorporate movement at home. The small things add up and make it easier to...

    Finally normal labs!

SW: 357 Nov '25. 44F 5'11". I'm beyond thrilled with what MJ has done for me! My A1c dropped from a scary 10.5 to a manageable 5.9. Cholesterol is way better, and my blood pressure is down from 172/101 to a much healthier 125/75. I've completely revamped my diet and exercise habits, and I give...

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

My stomach issues with eating get better the day before my next injection. I have to plan my food around that.

    Ozempic wearing off super fast?

I'm about to take my 8th shot of 1mg tonight. I inject on Thursday nights. I feel okay-ish on Friday, and then Saturday and Sunday my appetite is suppressed and the food noise is gone. But by Monday, the hunger starts creeping back and gets worse until Thursday. It's been like clockwork for the...

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Thanks for all the advice! I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for potential side effects. I've heard stories about nausea, so I'm stocking up on ginger ale and crackers just in case.

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Try starting with a smaller dose to begin with. Maybe half of the .25 mg for the first month.

Just starting Semaglutide, tell me what to expect!

Hey everyone, I just got approved for Semaglutide and it should be here soon. Any tips or tricks I should know? What helped you get over the shot anxiety? I have a ton of ink, but needles still freak me out!

    Ozempic Cost - Ouch!

Try using a coupon from GoodRx. I've seen it for around $200 for the initial few fills, then around $350 for dosages under the max, and $500 if you need the highest dose. https://www.goodrx.com/ozempic
