    8 weeks on GLP-1 - anyone notice?

220 to 187 in 8 weeks is a big shift - people often don't say anything until it's undeniable.

    My Blood Sugar's Normal!

The A1c drop from 8.1 to 5.6 is a genuine metabolic turnaround, not just a minor improvement. On the BP tabs question - a lot of people do come off them once weight stabilizes, but that's a call for your doctor based on your actual readings.

Higher dose = more weight loss?

Higher dose data is useful for ceiling effects but maps imperfectly to individual response - each person's effective dose window is narrower than trial averages suggest.

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

I'm thinking about skin removal surgery because of all this loose skin. Has anyone had that done after losing a lot of weight on these meds?

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

I've lost about 55 pounds. My body looks like a deflated balloon. Excess skin everywhere, and my once-round butt is now completely flat. Ugh.

    Ozempic and the disappearing booty?

Definitely increase your protein intake, Yuki2003. That can help preserve muscle mass.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

I saw someone mention 300 mcg of Sermorelin before bed paired with 100 mg of Tri-amino. They said they experienced increased lean muscle mass and leaned out even more. Sounds promising!

When did the scale finally budge??

It's all about progress, not perfection, y'all! Celebrate those small victories. I had to throw out some really nice shoes because they were too big!

    People's comments driving me nuts!

That's so true. It's like they need to recalibrate their image of you. It's still annoying in the meantime though!

    People's comments driving me nuts!

Same here. The first thing people say when they see me is "You've lost so much weight!" I just say "Thanks! I've been working hard." That usually ends it. If they ask how, I'll tell close friends I'm on Mounjaro, but for others, I just say diet and exercise.

When did the scale finally budge??

I lost weight within the first week. Starting week 3 and I've learned having a calorie deficit along with working out is important. Cutting out junk food helps!

Easing off the dose... anyone else?

I'm curious for those of you who are on it for the long haul, are you worried about long term effects?

Easing off the dose... anyone else?

What side effects are you referring to, Izzy_39?

    FOX04 vs FOX04-DRI - HUGE Difference!

That's really scary! It makes you wonder what else is going on with these compounds. I'm definitely going to be more careful about where I get my peptides from now on.

When did the scale finally budge??

I think the amount you want to lose plays a big role. I'm aiming for about 45 pounds, and I've been steadily losing about a pound each week since January. I didn't have much inflammation to begin with, though.

Brain still wants pie on Tirz?

I saw a video from another forum where they talked about Semaglutide and some of the other weight loss drugs. It sounds like a lot of the earlier weight loss meds had some bad side effects where they messed with your heart, but the new stuff is showing some promise in that area. They were saying...
