didn't really feel anything at low doses. did 4 weeks at 0.25, 2 weeks at 0.5, 2 weeks at 0.75 — that's when food noise went away and cravings got better. at 1mg everything really settled in and i could focus on weight loss instead of food.

So, DosePal, did it still work?? I thought it would lose its effectiveness super quickly, so while you might not have side effects it might as well BE nothing. I wouldn't take that risk, just keep it in the fridge!

I love that feeling! I've gone from around 305 to 185, and it's the little things and non-scale victories that mean so much as I get closer to my goal. Like seeing a thigh gap, discovering my collarbone, and finding clothes that fit great. Awesome job!
