Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

This is so true! I had a nasty red bump for a week when I didn't rotate spots. Now I make sure to switch it up.

Oops! Messed up my 4mg dose 🤦‍♀️

I use an app called Med Minder to keep track of my doses. I would def screw it all up without it!

They just don't get it, do they?

What's wrong with doing something for life? I plan to brush my teeth every day for the rest of my life. 🤷‍♀️

    Just started my injections today!

I had to force myself to eat the first few weeks! I felt full on hardly anything. The only issue I had was constipation, but Miralax helped a ton with that.

They just don't get it, do they?

That's why only my mom knows I'm on MJ. People judge, especially the always-thin types. They feel superior. Do what's best for you. You don't owe anyone an explanation, because then they think they're invited to share their unwanted opinions. Stay strong!

    Tirzep: energy UP after eating?

No, absolutely not. Focus on getting your nutrients from whole foods first. Only add supplements if you actually have a deficiency. GLP-1 headaches are often from dehydration, so electrolytes can help with that, but you can make your own drinks instead of buying expensive powders.

    Tirzepatide death link?

Yeah, I got you. I agree. Lots of people are dehydrated all the time. I hate gallstones. I pass one sometimes... Not fun. But better than kidney stones, lol........

    Tirzepatide death link?

As a nurse and nurse practitioner, I agree about the "nurse's bladder." I can go a whole day without a bathroom break. But that wouldn't CAUSE pancreatitis... A gallstone is most likely in someone overweight. But pancreatitis causes a lot of nausea and throwing up, which, if you're already...

    Tirzepatide death link?

She probably saw a doctor before starting and had bloodwork. Most likely, her kidneys failed because of dehydration and sepsis from pancreatitis... Possibly a quick pancreatitis from a gallstone because of obesity. Maybe she was already losing some weight before the meds?

    Tirzepatide death link?

That's the thing. I was too heavy to reach my own straps. Lol

    Tirzepatide death link?

Yeah, I was surprised it happened so soon after only the second dose. So sad for her family, but there might have been another health problem that already existed.
