    Mounjaro changed my life!

235 to 194 in 3 months at 7.5mg is a front-loaded result that tends to slow by month 4-6 as the body adjusts to the dose - not a plateau, just a natural pace change. The optimism concern before starting that it wouldn't work is a common entry point and the 13-injection result already answers...

    Transitioning to maintenance...

Taper to a lower dose first - cold stop brings appetite back faster than a slow wind-down.

    Low dose success!

The insulin resistance angle with PCOS changes how the low-dose response reads. 35 lbs at the starting dose without escalating is a strong outcome.

    First week - Feeling hopeful!

Okay, this is weird, but I just realized I didn't even think about buying Valentine's Day candy on sale this year! I always do that. Being on this for a few months has totally removed that urge. Just not caring is amazing.

    First week - Feeling hopeful!

I took my first shot three days ago. I'm shocked that I'm not snacking nearly as much! I'm a terrible overeater. My boyfriend made dinner recently, and I could barely eat a quarter of it. I'm not nauseous or overly full, I just don't feel the need to eat the whole plate. I hope this continues...

    Not losing fast enough?

I was a “Non responder”. They switched me to MJ. Didn't do much until 10mg, then it started to help, but I never got true food suppression. I hope you find your fix.

    Not losing fast enough?

I think it's different for everyone. The most important thing is that you're already doing the right things! Eating less and being more active is great! Maybe your body is retaining water right now, which is masking the fat loss. Studies show the average person loses a bit more by this point...

Anyone found a good constipation fix?

I found that walking helps. A little exercise seems to make things move along more regularly.

    First shot jitters - tips?

Second that. Water, water, electrolytes, water, protein, water. Have to force myself to drink. It'll be two years in August on tirz (maintenance for about a year now) and I still have a small appetite. Staying hydrated is important. Good luck to you.😉

Reta source that delivers to North Africa?

Depending on the pen strength, a year's worth could be a lot! I got mine in Canada, but I had gastric bypass and now don't need it, but I'm unsure if it's even legal to bring it across the border

Anyone tried that overseas pep company?

My 30mg Tirzepatide vials tested at 99% purity, and the weight was accurate at 30mg. I can't find the actual test report right now, though. I still haven't even started using that order yet, haha. I tend to stock up. 😅

Anyone tried that overseas pep company?

I've just sent a testing request to https://www.janoshik.com Looks like it'll be nearly $500 for the testing. So, between the products and the testing, the total cost is about $1,100. My out-of-pocket cost for the brand-name stuff would be $1500 *per month*. If the testing comes back OK...
