Injection Volume: What's Your Sweet Spot?

Twenty days is a solid window to dial in - enough time to see how each increment actually settles without rushing the titration.

Weight loss stall - driving me nuts!

Just keep reminding yourself how far you have already come. Some people post progress pics when they are in a stall to keep themselves from getting down.

Weight loss stall - driving me nuts!

Two weeks isn't a stall; it's a normal plateau, especially after losing a good amount of weight in a short amount of time. Your body is just adjusting to the changes. It sounds like your calorie intake might be too low. Eating only around 1300 calories each day at 5'1" while walking 10k steps...

Weight loss stall - driving me nuts!

I read somewhere that cutting your dose in half for about a week or two, then returning to your normal dose sometimes works.

    Maintenance? Hitting the wallet hard

if you have a single-dose 15mg pen and you've been off it 9 months, don't jump right back to 15mg. gotta start lower and ramp up or you're gonna have a rough time. keep it refrigerated and titrate back up before the expiration date.

    Down 60lbs on GLP-1!

started at 2.5mg two sundays ago and dropped 7 lbs the first week. averaged about 1700 calories daily even though my app said 2124 was okay for my goal rate, aimed for 10k steps. week 2's the same. hit nausea waves for 5 days then it backs off. can live with it.

Still losing on Wegovy after a year!

Eggs as a GLP-1 trigger is more common than it should be given the protein density - the sulfur smell hits the nausea response harder than most foods. A year out and still holding means the aversion likely set rather than faded.

    Just starting... anyone else?

struggling with semaglutide? ask your doc about tirzepatide if insurance covers it. way more people report fewer side effects on that one.

    Stacking Reta and Tirz??

it's just random stuff from china hoping it's the right thing. could be underdosed, overdosed, who even knows if it's actually what they say. probably better luck next vendor.

    Sticking with 0.5mg?

It's been about 3 months for me. I see increasing the dosage as something to avoid, not something to speed up.

    Down 50+ lbs!

i stalled 8 lbs from goal for 5 weeks on sema, figured it was stubborn fat. dexa showed 70% water weight from starting creatine. actual fat loss kept tracking fine. check your measurements when the scale freezes.

What calorie cutbacks are you doing?

processed sugar in your diet before? what you're describing sounds exactly like breaking an addiction—sugar absolutely is one. took me 6 months to clear my head after quitting smoking 20+ years back.

MJ was NOT my miracle drug!

for reconstituting, your math with 1ml bac water is fine. but honestly? more bac water = easier dosing. aim for 1.5ml or 2ml at first. once you get comfortable you can dial it down. aiming for 0.2-0.25ml per dose works once you've done it a few times. there's a calculator at injectionshop that...

Coming off GLP-1s... anyone else nervous?

In Denmark we see the GP first, they refer if needed. Can't eat? Drop your dose or pause. This med's about balance — 3 meals + snacks, stay under your TDEE. Mechanical eating works. 😎
