    Ozempic & Constipation Relief?

45 grams of fiber a day is significant. Real food sources work better than supplements for most - oats and chia are slow-digesting and keep things moving. The hydration piece matters more than people realize. Magnesium is another lever if fiber and water alone are not enough.

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

Thanks all. This is helpful. I think I will play it safe and find a new vendor. I appreciate the input!

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

Thanks for clarifying! Is there a way to find out *why* they got restricted, if that's allowed? I'd prefer to not use a vendor that's not operating ethically.

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

Hey everyone, I noticed that a vendor I often use now has a "restricted vendor" banner. I can't seem to find any info on what this means, or why *this* vendor specifically has this change. Anyone have any insight?

    Just starting out... your advice?

For those of you just starting, don't rush to increase your dose! I wish I had stayed on the lower doses until they stopped working. I went up as fast as possible, but now I've used up some of my "increase the dose to therapeutic" options for the future.

This med's a total game changer!

I'm on the highest dose now. Maybe I need to look into other pain management options, even though I was really hoping this drug would be the answer.

    Just starting out... your advice?

I could feel the effects a few hours after my first injection. The only time it stopped was around week four, when I went up to 3.5mg. I've been at that dose for 4 months. The 2.5mg may be too weak for you. Increase your dose at the recommended rate until you notice something. You'll know when...

Is my weight loss too slow?

I'm also a slow loser. But I've managed to lose around 35lbs in just over a year. As long as you're losing, I think we can't really complain. Of course, I'm jealous of the people who lose weight super fast as well. But any loss is a win! You're doing great. Slow and steady wins the race.

Is my weight loss too slow?

Half a pound to two pounds each week is totally fine, anything more than that is extra!

Switching from Tirz to Reta...worth trying?

Yep! That poster may also be underdosing or have a bad batch, but split dosing is always a good idea. Especially with Reta.

Switching from Tirz to Reta...worth trying?

Obviously, this is your call. Everyone's different. Sounds like you want: * Less GI issues * Less insomnia * Reduced cravings * Less food noise * Lowest effective dose The food noise reduction might not happen at low Reta doses. Since you've been on tirz, you might need more Reta (above...

    Reta taste changes?

Be careful with the really fatty foods! This Reddit thread is a warning about eating wings. I remember a similar issue when I tried some fried appetizers. Not worth it.

    Mazdutide: Retatrutide's cousin?

I contacted Defy about BPC and Tesa from TM and they said TM BPC wasn't available anymore but they could get it from Hallendale. He said Tesa was not currently available.

Tirz to Reta - Anyone else?

For most people, it seems to be more effective with fewer side effects, but some people do better on sema than tirz, and vice versa.

    Reta taste changes?

I was hooked on about half a dozen diet sodas every single day, and now I don't even crave them - at all. Haven't had one in close to 2 months now.
