5 months in and feeling GREAT!

Sudden nausea returning at a stable dose after two months is a documented pattern - it usually tracks to a dietary trigger, stomach flu, or stress rather than the medication changing. Ginger and smaller portions until it passes is the right approach.

    Tirz powder still good?

HCG lyophilized powder form varies by manufacturer - loose powder and puck formats reconstitute the same way with BAC water. The form doesn't affect usability; what matters is whether it goes into clear solution without particulates when you add the BAC.

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

Restricted vendor status here usually means the mod team flagged a pattern - quality complaints, fulfillment issues, or testing failures. Worth searching the vendor thread before the next order.

    Red Light Therapy: Worth it?

I'm getting surgery to remove the extra skin. It was approved by insurance because of the weight loss. Pannulectomy, breast reduction and lipo. Has anyone else experienced similar?

    Red Light Therapy: Worth it?

Thanks for sharing your experience, Toni_1977! I've been hearing so much about red light therapy. I'm turning 40 and my skin is definitely showing the changes from losing the weight faster than it wanted to. I'm doing my best to eat more protein to help, but it's a struggle some days.

    Scared to start Ozempic!

I only had a little nausea, never threw up. I had to eat low-fat foods. Pizza or burgers made me feel sick, so stock up on plain protein, fruits, and veggies.

    Meat and eggs gross now!?

I'm kinda the opposite I find I need to be way more careful with healthy choices since starting. Before sema I would just grab fast food, now I actually think about it.

    Meat and eggs gross now!?

Yep, I had that happen too, but it didn't last. The worst was coffee because I love my morning coffee. I've been on sema for about a year and a half (met my goal!) and I'm just now able to drink a whole cup in the morning.

    Sticking with the .25 dose?

Ozempic's official recommendation is to increase the dose now. Based on your weight loss, you'll likely stall next week. Your doctor's suggestion would make sense if you were losing 1.5 to 2 pounds a week or if you were at one of the key weight reduction doses of 1.0 or more. The 0.25 and 0.5...

    Sticking with the .25 dose?

I think it's a good idea to wait to increase your dose since you're having such a strong reaction to 0.25. You might experience unwanted side effects if you increase to 0.5 right now. I'd wait at least two more weeks before increasing the dosage.

Retatrutide - hunger return & cycling?

It was for Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS). My derm said Ozempic was showing promise for people with HS.

Retatrutide - hunger return & cycling?

I've been off Ozempic for about 6 months now (was on it for a skin condition). I've been really careful to not gain back any weight, and I've actually kept losing! It's been amazing. I'm so happy for the initial weight loss kickstart.

    GLP-1 plateau? What's next?

I saw a Reddit thread where someone mentioned how semaglutide helped them with alcohol cravings. I never thought about that benefit, but it's definitely something to consider. Maybe that's why I'm not reaching for that glass of wine after dinner anymore!

    GLP-1 plateau? What's next?

I went to 17.5 first, and yeah, I inject every five days. There are studies going up to 25mg. But I probably won’t go that high. It's too expensive, and I've already reached my goal weight a bunch of times.

    GLP-1 plateau? What's next?

I'm currently taking 20mg of Tirzepatide. I don't think I'll need to go higher, but I'm willing to. Reta made me feel awful even at a low dose. Many people love it, but I don't think it'll ever be approved. I could be wrong. Sometimes, I switch to Sema because it's cheap and provides good...

    GLP-1 plateau? What's next?

I'm on 15mg of Tirz every six days, and it's effective. If it stops working, I'll increase to 16, 17, or 18mg, or shorten the interval to every five days. Alternatively, I might add Cagri or stack with Reta. There are multiple avenues to explore.

    N-Acetyl Semax/Selank Sources?

I can't suggest a particular supplier, but I would suggest you reach out to them and ask. Sometimes they have items that aren't published on their sites for a variety of reasons.
