    Secretagogues before GH?

Kisspeptin and PT-141 sit on different pathways than secretagogues - worth running them separately before adding the GH axis layer.

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone. I guess the consensus is: keep going, and maybe add some core work. I'll try incorporating more pilates and strength training.

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

I've gotten rid of almost 85lbs and still have a big belly. Depending on your start weight, losing 36lbs will probably not give you a flat stomach.

    Belly Fat Blues on Mounjaro

I'm coming up on a year using Mounjaro, and I'm down around 40 pounds. My pants size went from a 38 to a 34, which is great. But I still have my midsection fat... What's the trick to losing belly fat?

That's intense! I'm just starting out. I'm hoping I don't have to do all that to see results. I'm definitely not giving up wine!

Back on the wagon...wish me luck!

Hey, Veggie-Coffee, thanks for the book recommendation! I'm gonna check that out. I'm also T2D, and my new doctor wants me to switch from metformin to ozempic. Anyone else experience this?

Back on the wagon...wish me luck!

You can do this! While it's not about binge eating, I've found The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg to be super helpful. I read it again whenever I'm struggling, and it helps a lot.

Back on the wagon...wish me luck!

HW: 256; LW: 194; CW: 215; GW: 155 So, a couple of years ago, I tried semaglutide and got good results. Then I tried tirzepatide but didn't get anything out of it. I've had gastric sleeve surgery since then, and I've regained a lot of the weight I lost. Thankfully, I haven't gone back to my...

    Protein shakes: good or bad?

Thanks, that's great advice. I'm picky about protein when I get it, sticking to organic and pea or oat protein. Found a bone broth one I'm going to try. I did intermittent fasting for a couple years, lost weight but couldn't stay disciplined, lasted about 5 months. Thanks for the response and...

    Protein shakes: good or bad?

I found some bone broth-based ones and pea/oat protein powders, haven't tried the bone broth yet but the reviews are good. I agree most protein powders are junk. I try to get organic, real ingredients. I'm going to try overnight oats again too. And Greek yogurt is a good idea. Thanks.
