    Too much at once?

Package anxiety on delivery day is its own category of stress once you have enough of a stash that timing actually matters.

    Lost 60+ pounds this year!

Three-week plateau at 24 lbs is the frustrating normal - the body adjusts to the new intake level before catching up. Staying consistent rather than changing variables is usually what breaks it.

    Hit One-derland!

Under 200 from 260 is the milestone that hits differently - onederland has a way of making everything feel real.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

Thanks for all the advice and encouragement, everyone! I guess I was being impatient. I'll try to focus on the non-scale victories and drink more water. Maybe try to move around more too, even with my desk job.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

You're probably expecting too much too soon. Be patient. The medicine might not be fully effective until the third month. Any loss is still a loss!

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

I get it. I've been trying to get rid of some larger clothes, but it's hard. What if I gain it back? I've been there before and had to buy all new clothes again.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

OK, so I started at 230 (I'm a 30-year-old woman, 5'3"). The first month on this stuff, I dropped about 12 pounds. Now it's month two, and I've only lost two stinkin' pounds. I know it's not terrible, but I feel like I'm barely eating anything – maybe 1000 cals a day. Plus, I have a desk job...

Is it just ME...or do I still feel fat?

Yeah, that fat phantom limb thing is great! I def have some body dysmorphia going on. I've been fat my whole adult life, and even though I'm objectively not fat now, I still think I am. I'm at a weight I used to dream of, but I still feel fat. It's weird.

I don't see it! Pics DO help tho

You look great! I know what you mean, though! I'm at my target weight (down 65 lbs) and I STILL sometimes don't see the difference, lol. Your brain will catch up to the new you!

I don't see it! Pics DO help tho

Awesome job! And yeah, take ALL the pictures! Seeing them in pics makes it more real somehow, huh? Also, cool shirt. :)

    Grey market dosage Q

Speaking of sourcing, has anyone used Peptide Sciences lately? I need some ipamorelin, but their prices seem almost too good to be true, ya know?

    Grey market dosage Q

Thanks for all the replies, folks. Being too cautious might be a bit of a pain, but it's better than the alternative. I appreciate your help!

    Grey market dosage Q

Just got my first grey market kit, Tirz 15mg. Came with test results showing 17.8mg, 18.9mg, and 18.1mg in the three vials tested. Seems they might be overfilled across the board. For those with experience, if your kit shows varied amounts like this, do you average the numbers and go from there...

    My GLP-1 Victory Lap!

I actually did see something about that! Apparently, there's some research suggesting GLP-1 agonists can actually *increase* testosterone levels, especially in men who are obese or have type 2 diabetes and low T to begin with. I need to look more into that!

    My GLP-1 Victory Lap!

Good question! Honestly, I focused on protein intake and strength training. I aimed for at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (the weight I *wanted* to be, not my starting weight!). I lift weights 3 times per week. Nothing crazy, just the basics.
