    Tirz powder still good?

13 months is the edge for refrigerated lyophilized powder - effective content is likely reduced but not zero. Reconstituting a small dose and comparing the appetite response against expected gives you the real potency read.

    Accidentally ate too much 😫

Nausea after overeating in week 2 is partly the medication doing its job - the gastric motility slowdown means the stomach takes longer to process the volume, and larger portions amplify the discomfort. Small portions eaten slowly, then waiting before seconds, is the pattern that prevents most...

Tirz vial - How long is too long?

Reconstituted tirz is stable about 28 days refrigerated - the 4-week mark is the conservative window most people use before potency becomes unpredictable.

    Pfizer's new GLP-1 shot?

Yeah, I saw that about the FDA. They're saying it's for safety reasons, but it feels like they just want more control. It's gonna drive more people to online sources, probably from overseas.

    Pfizer's new GLP-1 shot?

Exactly, Pulse_Lady, Depo was super popular for a reason. If I only had to worry about taking my meds a few times a year, even if it meant a slightly unpleasant procedure, I'd seriously consider it.

    50kg gone on Mounjaro..holy smokes!

Wow......girl. You've blossomed into a vision of beauty. I hate to say it like you were somehow *less* before... which is total BS. You've ALWAYS been a fabulous person, it's just that now you're radiating your true self. Just remember to nurture your mental health as much as your physical...

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

I've always had an electrolyte drink with my shot and drank a ton that day. I already drink a gallon a day, luckily I was told to do that from the start. I skipped it twice in 7 months. Never again... my migraines start in my neck, and that triggered them hardcore.

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

I couldn't resist making a meme out of that. And I just realized I misread your statement. I think you mean LMNT is amazing, but I thought peeing WITH LMNT was amazing.

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

I hadn't thought about food as a water source, but that makes sense. And I'm also thinking my constipation is from dehydration. It feels like the initial spike in Sema levels messes with my hydration, even when everything else is the same.

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

I have a bad diet soda habit. It makes me go to the bathroom a lot, so I assume it's a diuretic. I'm cutting back and switching to water. I drink water throughout the day, but I don't track it. I should start. I've been using Gatorade powder from Amazon when I feel a headache coming on...

    GLP-1 Headaches: Dehydration?

Anyone else getting headaches that feel like dehydration the day after a peptide dose? I'm on 5mg of Tirz and 0.5mg of Sema currently. It's a throbbing headache at the base of my skull that radiates into my neck. OTC meds usually help, but I worry about rebound headaches. I'm wondering if the...
