Can I mix my CJC and Ipa?

Intranasal with saline is the standard for semax and selank - the snoot bottle approach works well. CJC and Ipa in the same syringe is fine; compatibility is well documented and saves the poke.

    Crazy appetite suppression?!

Response varies that much between people. Compound and dose are the main drivers.

    Another 20 gone!

I'm in the same boat as Tired_of_Tired. I'm hoping I'll see results soon. I know it takes time, but it's still discouraging.

CGMs and GLP-1s: Who's Using 'Em?

CGM use on GLP-1s is mostly precautionary - hypoglycemia risk without insulin stacking is low. Freestyle Libre 3 or Dexcom G7 are the two most commonly mentioned here.

Food noise is back - help!

I began using a semaglutide medication around mid-January. Began with 0.2mg, and the first month was incredible. Zero cravings, less inflammation, and I shed about 10 pounds in the initial 30 days. Since it was effective, I opted not to increase the dose, consulting with my online provider to...

    Pep's for hair growth??

Thanks for the info, Pops. I'll check into Minoxidil. KelsK6, maybe that's what's happening to me? I have been losing weight pretty fast, maybe like 25 pounds since starting my GLP-1 in January. I didn't even think about that.

    Pep's for hair growth??

I'm new to peptides but seeing lots of stuff beyond just weight loss. Anything that might help with hair growth? I'm kinda young but feel super self-conscious about my thinning hair, and hair transplants are super pricey. Sorry if I'm breaking any rules by asking, I'm still getting the hang of...

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

I agree with MojoRising74. If this drug is keeping you healthy, why stop? It's like saying you don't need your blood pressure meds anymore because your blood pressure is normal now. You still need the meds to KEEP it normal!

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

Good luck stopping. If it was just overeating, you'll be fine. But many of us have dieted forever and it’s not just eating. It's insulin, metabolism, and blood sugar that this actually fixes. When you go off, all that returns. I started in 2023 and will hit 3 years in March. I've tried lower...

    Coming off MJ...any success stories?

I totally understand. I don't need to be super skinny, just not in pain from obesity. I'm aiming for a BMI under 25. Mentally, I'd be happy in the mid-160s. I think I could reach 150 if I really tried, but I'm not sure I want to lol.

Not a fast loser? You're not alone!

Well done! I'm on a similar path, 54 pounds down and almost a year on sema. I feel good about it, and it feels sustainable. I'm not ashamed of my progress at all.

Half a year, half a me!

I saw someone else sharing their progress online – down to 180 pounds from 262! Amazing stuff. They said they're eating everything, just smaller portions, and exercising frequently. That's dedication!
