    Where to get Cagri?

Intranasal Cagri is hit or miss - absorption through the nasal mucosa is unpredictable enough that a lot of people who switch to subQ report a completely different response at the same dose. With eight vials already on hand the switch is worth a run before sourcing more.

Similar height and arc makes this hit differently than the general milestones posts.

    Tirzepatide as a pill?

Oral Tirz at injectable price doesn't add up - lower bioavailability means less effect per dollar.

    Mom's been hiding her GLP-1?!

I've been on a GLP-1 for a little over two years now, and the biggest thing I can recommend is to hydrate. I mean, REALLY hydrate. It's almost always a good idea to drink more water, but it's critical when you're on these meds.

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

I've noticed coffee hits different now too. Anyone else? I drink like a cup and I'm wired. Before, I could easily have 3 cups in the morning. Maybe it's the eating less thing? Like I'm drinking coffee on an empty stomach.

    Ozempic & the Big 'C' - what's working?

Has anyone else experienced increased gas while taking Ozempic? I went on a date last week, and it was mortifying! I couldn't stop farting. The pharmacist said it's a common side effect as your body adjusts. Hopefully, it goes away soon!

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

I batch cook a bunch of mini portions and freeze them! I also use a lot of frozen fruits and vegetables since I don't eat fresh stuff fast enough anymore.

    GLP-1s and Food Waste? Tips?

When I eat out, I usually just order appetizers. For dinner, I often have eggs. Or just a can of sardines and a pear. I don't really cook full meals anymore. Saves a ton on groceries.

    Ozempic & the Big 'C' - what's working?

I agree with FiberFam. Putting the powder in your mouth dry and washing it down is a risky move for your digestive tract. Psyllium husk needs lots of water to swell up and work correctly. The fiber can cause blockages if there is not enough water available.

    Cartalax: Anyone tried it?

The conflicting opinions are understandable. Peptides aren't usually as effective in humans as they are in mice. We have slower metabolism, lower receptor density, and more biological 'wear and tear' from aging. As for Cartalax, there's not a lot of human data. The same is true for BPC-157...

    Cartalax: Anyone tried it?

If we're talking about knee problems, there are many options besides going straight to surgery. Injections like cortisone, physical therapy, bracing, and OTC meds like NSAIDs can help. There's also nerve treatments... and even newer implants. I'm personally of the opinion that untested...

    Reta's making me HUNGRY??

Yep, that's common if you're on a GLP1 for a while. Hunger suppression fades, but weight loss often stays.

    New to GLP-1s! Feeling optimistic!

To those just starting, a tip I got from my therapist is helpful. If you want to treat yourself (like ice cream), add something healthy to it (like strawberries). Focus on adding instead of restricting!

    New to GLP-1s! Feeling optimistic!

Welcome aboard! I just had my second injection last weekend. I have to say it has been incredibly helpful for inflammation and joint stiffness. Like in 24 hours it was better. Just wanted to share something exciting about it besides the weight loss.

    GHK-Cu powder... anyone using?

There are labs that specialize in peptide purity testing. I've heard of Janoshik, but there are others. It's not a cheap process, so unless you're buying in bulk it might not be worth it for personal use. Mostly you just want to vet your sources and look for reviews from other users. If multiple...
