    AOD-9604 & Tirz ... anyone?

Thanks SaladJourney. I think I will wait a bit and see how things go first. Good advice!

Sema stopped working... switch to Tirz?

Made the switch around 8 months in and honestly wish I'd done it sooner. Tirz hit harder right away.

    AOD-9604 & Tirz ... anyone?

Thanks everyone. I did some research last night. I think I'll try NAD+ instead. I think it will be better with tirz. I'm amazed at some of the stuff I'm finding!

    First week - Feeling hopeful!

First week is special. You're still figuring out what's normal and what's just your body recalibrating. The noise quieting down hit me hard early on too - I remember eating half a plate and genuinely not wanting more. Then I realized I'd been eating past fullness my whole life without knowing...

Vendor policies: are they worth anything?

The policies are mostly marketing. What actually matters is their track record on the forums, how they handle problems, and whether long-term buyers still vouch for them. I skip anyone that can't show receipts from real users.

    AOD-9604 & Tirz ... anyone?

Thinking about adding AOD-9604 to my tirz journey. I've read it's good for visceral fat, especially around the tummy. I'm 5'8" and weigh 234 pounds, so I've got a while to go. I just started tirz last week. Is it too early to add something else? Or stack it with something else? Any advice?

    Crazy dosing schedule!

WolfCake Starting low is good! I'm staying at 0.5mg for now. I figure slow and steady wins the race. I saw a Reddit post where someone lost 100lbs in 10 months! I'm hoping I can do the same!

    Crazy dosing schedule!

Ugh, I hate trying to get the last drop! I guess it's a knack you learn over time. I add a bit of BAC and try to suck it up as best I can. Saving it for a future injection.

    Stress bringing back food cravings?

Stress is a big deal. Cortisol really interferes with what the meds are trying to do. Your system goes into survival mode and overrides the appetite-suppressing effect. And job insecurity makes it even rougher because it's not a one-time thing, it's constant background stress. Feeling like you...

Sticking with .25 or moving up to .5?

Has anyone ever forgotten their pen when traveling? I'm going to be out of the country for two weeks and realized I left it at home. I was supposed to go up to 2mg when I get back, but now I'm not so sure. What should I expect?

    Ozempic plateau during perimenopause?

Up your protein and water intake. Start lifting weights. Use measurements instead of the scale.

Sticking with .25 or moving up to .5?

I guess the important question is, why are you taking Ozempic to begin with? If you can actually lose weight faster without it, it would definitely make sense NOT to take something that could potentially mess with your hormones and overall body balance. Most of us on Ozempic are taking it for...

    Ozempic plateau during perimenopause?

Maybe give Zepbound a shot. I'm 48 and fully experiencing perimenopause. I actually gained about 5lbs in 3 months on Ozempic. Switched to Zepbound and I'm down 80lbs. Hit my goal weight 3 months ago and I'm just maintaining. Huge difference between the two.

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

I started sema postpartum. I'm now down around 50lbs. Track EVERYTHING you eat to make sure you're hitting your protein goals and drinking enough water, Pep_Life!

Reta Prep Check - Am I Ready?

One thing I'd suggest is that my first vial lasted almost 2 months. You didn't say the vial size, but I always drew the dose and put the vial back in the fridge. I'd let the syringe warm up, or hold it in my hand, instead of warming the whole vial. It lasts up to 60 days that way.

    Name brand blues?!

I'm on 1.7mg of Wegovy and I'm still hungry and get sugar cravings. I'm exercising less because of the weather. It's hard to stay in a calorie deficit. My weight has been fluctuating, but I haven't lost weight this year. I'm increasing the dose, but I'm not sure if it will help. I'm trying to...

    Name brand blues?!

I'm not sure that BAC will work. I mentioned it to explain why compound vials are made to be punctured multiple times, while single-use vials aren't. I don't know if BAC is compatible with what the single-use vials are already made of. Is there a reason you're not using peptides? It's more...

    Name brand blues?!

I assumed this was obvious, but I was wrong. The reason you can't do this is that compound is made with a preservative that allows a single vial to be used multiple times. It prevents bacterial growth. Single-use, name-brand vials don't have a preservative. You're risking bacteria...
