First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Awesome! You're right that it's a strong response, but it sounds like you're making good choices and you just might be one of those people who respond really well. Happy for you! I also finished month one. I lost about seven pounds, but I haven't included exercise like you have yet. But...

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Just a reminder as mentioned in the comments: a lot of the weight you lose in the first few weeks is water weight and reduced inflammation instead of pure fat. Keep that in mind as you read my experience, and remember to get real medical advice.

First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Hey everyone, wanted to give a rundown of my first month using Zepbound, since reading threads here really helped me get started. I'm a 34 year old guy, about 5'5", and I started at 248 pounds. After a month, I'm down to 229, so about 19 pounds down. I'm on 2.5 mg currently, and haven't bumped...

Thanks for all the responses! It sounds like PT-141 can be effective but it isn't a sure thing. Side effects seem to be a real concern too.

    PT-141: Anyone tried it?

Thanks for the feedback. Gut_Fam, if you don't mind me asking, how old are you? Have you ever tried Bimix or Trimix? How does PT-141 compare? What were your ED issues before? Any details would be great!

    PT-141: Anyone tried it?

I'm curious if anyone has experience with bremelanotide (PT-141)? What are the positives and negatives? Supposedly it helps with ED.

Wegovy & the Illusion of Choice?

It's amazing how much it quiets the noise in your head, isn't it? I can't believe how much mental energy I used to spend obsessing.

Wegovy & the Illusion of Choice?

I think the overly processed foods in our modern diets have messed with our hormones and hunger signals, making it feel impossible to eat like we're supposed to. Feeling hungry even when full is the norm now. We need to radically change our diets to get our hormones back on track. And don't even...

Wegovy & the Illusion of Choice?

Before semaglutide, my thinking about body weight went like this: Result: decades of bouncing between 220 and 320 pounds. After the shot: Down about 25 pounds so far.
