Hey Wise_Gal320! I actually stayed on the lowest dose the entire time. My doctor was surprised, but as long as I was seeing results and not experiencing negative side effects, he saw no reason to increase it. Everyone's different, though!

I’ve been maintaining my target weight of around 180 for nearly 2 years now. I went from 315 to 180 in about 8 months, losing close to 130 pounds on just the lowest dose.
