Usually take MOTS-C 20–30 min before my workout. Sometimes I get brutal shortness of breath during, especially on leg/back days. Goes away after a bit but weird. Taking just 1–2 mg daily, not loading doses. Anyone else get this?
Day 7 on 0.5mg MT2 now, moving to twice weekly for upkeep. Appetite suppression hasn't kicked in yet. Planning labs next week - wondering how often I should check in after this? The last few days showed a slight gain which could be why I'm stuck.
