After 2 years on Tirz where to go next? Elora or Maz?

Started tirz exactly two years ago today. Lost around 120 pounds on it and genuinely thrilled. Spent a year at the higher dose through the pharmacy before hitting a stall since December. Not a lifter, swimmer instead, doing a solid distance six days weekly. Want to lose sixty more pounds to reach a normal weight range. Still sitting around 48 percent body fat. Started reta eight weeks back and titrated tirz down. Currently at a lower tirz amount alongside 4mg reta. Nothing's happened so far though. Cravings going wild in the evenings, digging through the fridge for snacks. Added a small cagri dose over the weekend for extra suppression, but not feeling anything from it, unlike how tirz felt starting out. Now wondering if a different peptide might be the better move here? Or another option entirely? Just want to reach my calorie targets and get moving again.

Good answer depends on the basics, age, starting weight, current weight, goal, height, whether this has been a lifelong struggle, and how tirz side effects have been so far.
If not too far from goal and sides are manageable, safest path is staying with tirz through a higher dose, up to around 15mg weekly. Lowest side effect rate of the group, Elora might edge it out a bit though only at smaller amounts. Adding more compounds just raises the odds of reactions on top of what you already have.
If there is a lot more weight to go and 15mg of tirz alone will not reach it, adding something else later makes sense. Generally the goal is max results with minimum side effects, and tirz does that well on its own. Reta and especially cagri run adverse rates well above tirz.

Running almost the exact same setup. On a 6-day cycle so a shot rolls around every two days. Started this to break through a stall - tirz first, then layered in cagri, then reta. Cagri hasn't hit me as hard as it seems to for others. Pushed tirz up to 10mg every 6 days over about 4 months and started noticing the usual stuff, ringing ears, that prickly skin sensation, so I held off going higher there. Lost 40 pounds in that stretch, then hit a long plateau. Added cagrilintide, no real change. Added reta at a low dose, barely anything either. Bumped both up slightly, still minimal movement. Finally pushed to a higher cagri dose alongside more reta and the full tirz amount, and that combo got things moving again. Fair warning, the first couple nights on that jump were rough.

Worked up to 10mg tirz every six days over four months, then noticed ringing ears, prickly skin, nerve-type discomfort, so held off pushing higher. Lost 40 pounds, then hit a full month plateau.

Added cagrilintide at a low dose, no effect. Layered in a small retatrutide dose, barely any change. Bumped both up further, still barely moving.

Finally pushed higher on cagri and reta alongside the tirz, and that got things moving again. Those first two nights after, the skin pain nearly made me quit peptides for the first time in months.

Things improved since and I'm not seriously considering stopping. Maybe the goal's ambitious, started at a BMI of 40, targeting under 30 now.

Moved the goalposts a few times, but it's worked well enough that I keep pushing closer to feeling healed.
