Without actually testing first, is any of that even actionable? Maybe it's still worth trying a different GLP drug if the first one doesn't click, could even be worth considering semaglutide if tirzepatide falls flat, which is a rough thing to think about given how badly that one treated me. Still, my recommendation would be starting with tirz or the third compound first.
