CJC-1295 Without DAC Has A Different Half Life Than The Sales Pitch Claims

The version of CJC-1295 without DAC that circulates here is not the same pharmacological entity as the research version from the original papers. The modification that eliminates DAC also eliminates the albumin binding that gave the compound its extended half life, yet the dosing expectations remain unchanged.

Without that binding, clearance happens faster than people calculate into their schedules. A three day protocol becomes a twice daily requirement without anyone adjusting the math. The result is not that the peptide stops working. It is that trough levels drop below therapeutic threshold and users blame purity, batching or supply chain when the mechanism itself was never what they thought it was.

GHRP compounds stimulate pulsatility while modified CJC smooths peaks. The combination sounds synergistic on paper but the net effect is blunted amplitude rather than sustained elevation. You pay for two mechanisms that partially cancel each other out.

For the people tracking results objectively over months. Did you notice effects weakening at the tail end of bottles without changing anything else. And has anyone tried frequency adjustment versus sticking to the advertised schedule, and whether performance changed accordingly.
