Dosing chart madness!

Every 5 days for almost a year now, started after 15mg for over a year. Felt about the same, bit more appetite control. If you're stalling, maybe try a different GLP—I got way better control on Oz. Even Trulicity helped more.
 
1mg every 3 days here too. Started at 0.5mg planning to go weekly but hunger got me—did another 0.5mg after 3 days and stuck with every 3 days. After a month I bumped to 1mg.
 
Checking an extreme dosing schedule before following it is exactly right - some of what circulates in these spaces is genuinely dangerous because it conflates what's possible with what's optimal. Caution with unverified protocols is always the right default.
 
The first month of reading everything is the right approach before starting. The scary dosing chart that circulates on some forums comes from a very different context than standard GLP-1 use. Starting conservative and building from there is the approach that works for most people regardless of what the circulating charts suggest.
