Down 2 Stones! My GLP-1 Journey

had shoulder surgery last summer and ran bpc-157, tb500, and ghk-cu for two weeks before and ten weeks after. the recovery was unreal—physical therapy progress way ahead of schedule, rom and strength both flying. still taking it easy with lighter weights but moving past what my therapist expected.

Moving through those BMI categories is its own kind of progress that the scale alone doesn't show - morbid to obese to overweight is a real distance. Two stones from goal is close enough to feel.

i'm interested in the TRT consideration at this body composition specifically. the evidence for TRT benefits in women is narrower than in men and at a lean starting point from tirz, the question is whether the goal is further fat loss, muscle gain, or both - they pull in somewhat different directions. the gym foundation the OP is building first is the right sequence regardless.
