FDA cracking down on compound GLP-1s?

Saw a news report covering a company agreeing to stop distributing certain compounded GLP-1 medications domestically following regulatory pressure.
 
Came across coverage of a company reaching an agreement to halt sales of certain compounded GLP-1 medications in the US after regulatory scrutiny.
 
The FDA actually put out an official statement raising concerns about unapproved GLP-1 drugs being marketed for weight loss.
 
They caught onto the labeling workaround. Who'd have guessed? Twist is, apparently if sellers were also offering bac water alongside it, the FDA treats that as evidence it's meant for human use. That's a new angle. With the big online retailers pulling bac water too, it's starting to look like a coordinated pattern.
