Hey, also up in a small northern town, though mine's over in BC. Got access to a big-box pharmacy chain where you're at? I'm paying around 96 Canadian for brand name and 93 for the generic once it launches in early June. Hoping the prices ease up for you soon too.
 
Haven't renewed my script yet, so I'll check in with my local pharmacy to compare pricing since you're not the first person from Ontario telling me their cost is lower. This is round two for me trying ozempic, couldn't manage the earlier monthly cost before a cheaper option showed up. Even the lower figure people mention is stretching my budget.
 
Prices genuinely seem all over the place. Looked into it myself and honestly it's baffling. Doesn't affect me much since my plan handles the branded option, just not the cheaper alternative. Wouldn't matter anyway since it looks like insured folks end up paying higher retail regardless. Anyway my visit to the pharmacy today quoted the generic at roughly two hundred out of pocket. Staff mentioned that covered two pens. So somewhere around a hundred per pen maybe?
