Going from Tirzepatide to Reta

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Considering a switch away from tirzepatide over to reta. Priority is avoiding any additional muscle loss and ideally clawing back some of what already disappeared while on tirz. Anyone have guidance for converting a dose coming down from 15mg weekly into the reta equivalent? Does a conversion table exist somewhere, some general guideline, or would it make more sense just starting at the smallest reta amount and working upward from there? Also open to hearing what compounds pair effectively alongside reta.

Was doing a similar body recomposition. Switched over abruptly since each half-life works out to roughly a four-week transition anyway.

Appetite suppression wasn't quite as strong on reta, but it seemed to burn through remaining fat more effectively even though I ate a touch more.

Glad I made the switch. Now sitting in maintenance mode, which has honestly taken more tweaking to get right versus just running reta flat out.

Hey everyone!!

Lost 9 pounds of muscle since January somehow. Oddly enough, wrapped up an aggressive cut right around end of January, bumped calories up by 800 and cut cardio back an hour, now doing 1.5-2 hours weekly. Only real change was starting reta at 2mg weekly. Can't figure out how muscle dropped this much given resistance training five or six times weekly plus clean eating the whole time. Body fat climbed from 10% to 14%, so the muscle loss makes even less sense to me.

Anyone aware of research pointing toward reta reducing how well nutrients get absorbed?
