6'2, 162 lbs. maintenance right now is about 3000 calories, which is insane after cutting for almost two years. this med boosted my metabolism like 15 percent. I'm active and for the first time ever my calorie burn actually makes sense with how much I move. weird eating a thousand more calories a day than I did for years.
