A quick rundown, since shipping and customs come up a lot:
• DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Duties and import fees are covered on our side, so there's nothing extra to pay at the door.
• Typical delivery time is 8–13 business days from dispatch.
• If customs holds or seizes a parcel, we reship it free of charge.
• Orders of $1,000 or more ship free.
• Every product ships as a 10-vial kit.
• Testing: independent third-party testing by Janoshik is under way. The first reports are expected at the end of October 2026, and we'll post them in this folder once they're live.
