Hubby's mad about my Ozempic. Help!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
used to fall constantly when i was heavier—tripping stairs, flat surfaces, ice was brutal. after swimming and ballet for years, i think i just forgot how to move at that weight. doesn't happen now. love wearing single-digit jeans that zip up easy. not overheating anymore either.

stay close to your app and check out other people's journeys. their experiences - the good, bad, and rough stuff - help you see this isn't a straight line. everyone hits ups and downs. the community is family now.

The correlation between significant weight loss and relationship change is real and long-documented, well before GLP-1 medications existed. The 'fat jabs destroying marriages' framing assigns causality to the medication when the actual factor is major physical change, which has always affected relationships. The question is whether the relationship can adapt to who you're becoming.

Not sure honestly. Been on my husband about starting it too, I'm down 40 pounds in eight months, but he insists on doing things his own way first. Frustrating, but I can't make that call for him, he'll come around eventually.

Not clear how your husband actually phrased things in front of your kids, so factor that in here. My own mother dealt with my father openly calling out her food and health choices starting when I was pretty young, and that shaped a struggle around self-image and eating patterns that's followed me into adulthood. Kids absorb more of what they witness than people realize, and it tends to stick.
