Does anyone have experience running the sleep-focused releasing peptide entirely on its own? I know the typical approach layers it in alongside the other releasing compound, and I've researched that angle plenty already.
I know a lot of people get solid results combining the two, but honestly the histamine reactions terrify me. Did some digging and I've concluded those reactions likely come from the second compound specifically, not the sleep peptide itself.
So has anyone tried just the sleep peptide by itself? Did you still notice the sleep improvements, IGF-1 bump? Also feel free to challenge my theory about the second compound being behind those histamine issues.
