scale is poor for tracking fat loss and muscle gains. dexa scans show if losses are actual fat or muscle so you can adjust diet and workouts. visceral fat dropped fast for me so knew i was on track. also showed where i was building or losing muscle.
 
stay away from the buy/sell/trade sections on tg groups. scamming is more of a steroid problem but there's other stuff too like missing coas. never buy from people who dm you first, even if they look like they're with some vendor group. they hit people fast after they join making it look legit. watch out for fake owner accounts too.
 
confused about tesamorelin dosing. clinical trials used 2mg daily but the fda-approved version is 1.4mg. why the gap? other gh secretagogues don't always work better at higher doses either. anyone know why fda went lower?
