Totally get where you're coming from.
My first month was a real rollercoaster with progress, and the second month showed less swing but a much slower pace overall.
Also track calories, though not every single day given life events, and it stings seeing a solid deficit produce barely any scale movement sometimes.
Also deal with a monthly cycle, which affects things like fluid retention and heightened hunger the week or two before my period, something this medication mostly helps with, though hormone shifts at certain points still push hunger up regardless.
My weekly numbers looked roughly like this:
Week one: dropped a bit over two kilos (averaged closer to just over one kilo depending how you calculate it)
Week two: barely more than half a kilo, averaging even less
Week three: didn't track daily, roughly a kilo and a half
Week four: over two kilos, averaging closer to one and a half
Week five: barely half a kilo, arguably no real change depending on averaging method
Week six: right around a kilo, averaged closer to half
Week seven: about half a kilo, averaged number similar
Now starting week eight, a few days from my next injection, current reading is looking encouraging so far.
