Reta's Got Me Feeling...Different

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Kettlebell with multiple weight options is a good setup. High reps at lower weight is where most people should start and stay for a while.

The community aspect of this kind of health journey is underappreciated. The Reta-for-repair approach sits outside what most people have context for, so finding people tracking the same signals changes the whole experience.

The skin sensitivity at higher Reta doses is a known threshold - most people report it around 8-10mg. Adding low-dose sema for appetite ceiling extension makes more sense than pushing past that response.

Non-weight 'feeling different' on Reta is well documented - GLP-1 and glucagon receptor effects reach into energy and cognitive clarity for some. Worth tracking what specifically changes.

Right now running 12.5 tirz plus 0.25 reta the same day, then 0.5mg reta three days after. Had a rough gut reaction the one time I tried splitting a second 0.25mg reta dose, don't want a repeat, so keeping things painfully slow. Haven't noticed anything shift from easing tirz down slightly, and reta's giving a bit more appetite control. Bouncing on the lower side between 195 and 200 lately, no real new loss yet though. Hoping continued slow titration on reta gets me to a tolerance level that finally kicks off fresh progress. Also getting ready to go back to tracking meals and calories, since it finally feels like the medication's giving me a real assist. tldr: staying hopeful!

That lines up with my thinking too, though there's been some pushback here on that particular dosage claim. Picked up a modest supply of reta mainly for the fat-burning angle tied to its glucagon component. Getting close to target weight, but like plenty of others, there's still a stubborn bit of belly that won't budge. A decade back, covered well over a thousand miles on a long-distance hike and got down to a lean weight by the end, and in a recent photo, there it was again, that same little belly pouch.

Know there's way more to tackling that specific fat than just this compound alone, but planning to start resistance training and dig into whatever else turns up in research.

Attempted layering in 1mg of reta while pulling my tirz down from 10mg to 7.5mg. Was in the middle of an autoimmune flare and generally felt awful during that whole window. Didn't go smoothly so I've gone back to running tirz solo, 5mg roughly every four days. The main problem was crushing fatigue, though I couldn't tell whether it came purely from the tirz change or got tangled up with whatever was flaring at the time. Since sticking to 5mg my energy's back to normal and eating's easier again, so that counts as a win. Still dropping around 2-3lbs monthly and getting close to my goal now. Honestly I'm at the stage where I like how I look overall, but there's still some stubborn fat I wouldn't mind losing lol. Shedding that extra 15 pounds should make me noticeably faster at sports too. My personal bar for extra fat is basically whether my abs are visible or not, if not, there's more to lose. Ideally I'd add 5-10lbs of muscle while dropping another 10 of fat, that combination would make me genuinely satisfied. Problem is I haven't actually started lifting yet, weekly competitive games are my only real activity right now, so that recomposition definitely isn't happening on its own lol.
