Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
It's wild how these things hit everyone differently. I was on weekly doses for a while, and yeah, the tiredness caught me off guard. But here's the thing - when that happens, it usually means your body's ready to go higher. Before you add anything else, talk to your doctor about bumping up the dose. I learned that the hard way after months of feeling flat.

The drowsiness at the start is real but it does fade - I had maybe 24 to 36 hours of pretty heavy fatigue after dosing when I first began, but that window closed pretty quick. Longer term it shouldn't hang around. Smaller meals and staying hydrated helped me more than I expected. Your body will tell you if reta is the right move, just give it a few weeks.

Fatigue at the first week of 7.5mg is the standard dose bump response - the body is adjusting to the higher receptor activation, and most people find it resolves within 2-3 weeks without any other change needed.

Fatigue at 7.5mg in the first couple of weeks is normal - the body is adjusting to the new dose level. If it's been more than 3 weeks and it's still hitting hard, dropping back to 5mg for another month and re-titrating slower is the standard path.

The week 3 weak feeling and then full blast satiety returning at weeks 4-5 is the adaptation curve that makes early dose changes premature. The OP's exhaustion after bumping to 7.5mg is the dose adjustment hitting before the body adjusts. Giving the new dose a few more weeks before concluding the fatigue is permanent is the right call - it typically resolves the same way the early adaptation did.

Been running a moderate amount of the third compound for three weeks and the exhaustion is brutal! Days two and three after each shot I feel wrecked, honestly reminds me of being sick with something serious. Assuming it'll ease up eventually, there's no way I'm dealing with two rough days weekly forever!

(For context, taking electrolytes, magnesium, and something for sleep, running a moderate calorie deficit. Don't think it's under-eating since I dieted at similar calorie levels for five-plus months before and never felt this kind of fatigue.)
