Based on past experience, the week before the holiday (September 24–30) sees a dramatic surge in order volume, which often leads to warehouse and forwarder overload and shipping delays. To ensure your orders are dispatched before the holiday, we strongly recommend that you finalise your orders and complete payment no later than 12:00 PM (Beijing Time) on September 24, 2026.



Orders confirmed after this cut‑off will still be processed to the best of our ability, but if logistics are already congested, they will be shipped on a priority basis starting October 8, when we return to work.
