    Less Food = Good Advice?

The food-thinking reduction tends to be the most underreported benefit early on - it shows up before the weight movement does. The fueling-vs-quieting distinction leads to more sustainable intake patterns because it responds to actual need rather than background noise.

Does my order look right to you guys?

Clumpy at the bottom is normal for lyophilized peptide - it presses against the glass during shipping. Reconstitute with bac water and filter the draw at 0.22 micron. The BA and MCT advice applies to oil-based prep, not standard peptide reconstitution.

Ozempic shut down the food chatter!

I've definitely changed my eating—way smaller portions, more mindful of what goes in. Cut out candy, chips, soda completely. Drinking way more water and protein. Trying hard to hit 100g protein a day which is tough with no appetite, but I'm working on it. Haven't done great with exercise though...

Year 1 on sema! 🎉 Pic progress

Novo's tanking while their profits drop and projected growth is nowhere. Their newer drug isn't working out as well as hoped. Tirz is just better and the grey market stuff keeps flooding in, so they're losing tons of money. Won't lose sleep if they go under honestly.

    Semaglutide: What to know?

vendors i've used say they're all catching up from the chinese new year shutdown. all the orders that piled up during the shutdown have to go first, then resupply. supply should normalize in a few weeks. next year i'll jump on the pre-holiday deals.

    NAD+ or Semax for focus?

I agree with IF-warrior. I have heard of positive experiences with Melanotan II. Someone I know had good luck with PT-141 but not so much with Melanotan. Each of our bodies reacts differently to each one!

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

Yeah I was curious about the exact recommendations for BAC and it should be stored between 68-77 deg F (20-25 C) https://labeling.pfizer.com/ShowLabeling.aspx?id=4666

    NAD+ or Semax for focus?

I haven't tried Semax yet. (Kit's in the freezer) but I just finished a 14-week protocol that included NAD+. I noticed definite cognitive improvements. I wrote about it here: https://another forum Next week I will be finishing a cycle of tesamorilin/ipmorelin which I am very happy with.

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

Thanks, that's all really useful! 10mg vials and under 10 weeks seems reasonable. I'm planning on using BAC water and good sterile technique, so hopefully no issues. Thanks again!

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

I'm trying to figure out the ideal vial size so I don't have to keep reconstituted Reta in the fridge for too long. How are you managing this? Is like, two months too long if I'm shooting for 1mg a week?

I gotta confess, I had a Rice Krispie treat and a cookie yesterday. They were unbelievably good.
