Congrats! Also, did you do anything special for muscle retention? I'm worried about losing muscle mass.

Just adding my two cents: resistance training is key to minimize muscle loss while on these meds. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein!

For general advice, aim for at least 100g of protein per day. More won't hurt. Also, stay hydrated and move your body every day!

I wish I could start, but the cost is insane. I'm at 180 lbs and really want to get down to 145. You all are so inspiring!

Novo's tanking while their profits drop and projected growth is nowhere. Their newer drug isn't working out as well as hoped. Tirz is just better and the grey market stuff keeps flooding in, so they're losing tons of money. Won't lose sleep if they go under honestly.
