    L60 Comes in how many bottles?

    Had VSG in 2023, went 237 to 193 but bounced back to 215. Started Mounjaro in March 2025 and hit maintenance at 155 by January this year—that's about 30 percent down. Consider adding Metformin or another med if you're stuck. My last 10 pounds took forever. Still losing a pound a month on...

    Size Small Again: Ozempic Win!

    Mine got smaller. Started overflowing a DD cup, now they fit normal or a little loose. Only dropped a band size so far but hoping more changes come as I keep going.
