310 to 160 is 150 pounds. That kind of change does not leave much room for anything small or temporary. Starting in December 2024 and being where you are now is a fast timeline for that result.
Same thing here. Worst of it was about two days but took a good month to feel normal. Eating more under those conditions makes sense. Pretty sure once the scale moves at a week in it'll feel reinforcing. Fatigue going from brutal to annoying helps you see the upswing.
down 10 lbs but everyone else's results make me feel like i'm failing. still struggling to stay under 2000 cal a day and i'm hungry after. on 1.75 weekly. really wanted this to be my summer and i'm nowhere close. working on a farm burns calories too so i don't get why the weight won't budge.
gets less confusing once you're actually living it. feels like a transition phase where appetite control hasn't settled yet. not rushing the dose helps. give it another week or two, body settles smoother, less side effects when you do bump up.
congrats on the work you've already done. my mom was max dose on other meds for years before starting on this one. didn't feel like anything till she hit 12.5, then lost another 50 between 12.5 and 15.
That's my goal! Seeing what you did really gets me going. Thanks for putting yourself out there.
About to start hitting the gym regularly again in April and I'm super motivated.
Started this back in May and went from like 315 to 188! Never felt so good, diet is key! Also playing pickleball a few times a week and hitting the Peloton other times! To everyone on the same path, keep going, if I can do it, you definitely can!
