Selank & Semax for ADHD? Anyone tried?

The amidated version definitely outperforms the standard one when taken under the skin. One tier above that sits an even more refined variant. It IS noticeably more potent and lasts considerably longer. Only issue is plenty of sellers market the amidated version under that more refined name. And...

Down 37 pounds in 4 months!

Personally I'd probably hold at 1mg for now. 3 pounds and the month's still got days left. Maybe give it another couple weeks and really nail down the fundamentals. Recheck your calorie count. Actually log every single bite. How's your water intake? Are your lifting weights climbing?

    BPC/TB Blend or Separate?

Was considering the same thing, even thought about the blend, but really only need the two specific compounds. Guessing getting them separately makes more sense, just means more injections.

    Scale's moving again - weigh-in question...

Started this past Wednesday myself. Was holding off on weighing in for the first week, but curiosity got the better of me last night and I hopped on the scale. Down 0.7kg. Probably just water weight, but hey, something's moving.

    Protein is Key!

Not the protein shake driving weight gain here. Been drinking a high protein shake daily for three plus years without issue. Are you actually logging your food intake?

    Gallstones from weight loss? Ouch!

Ran into this too, ended up with a blockage forming and eventually had to get my gallbladder removed. Definitely worth talking to a doctor before this progresses any further.

    Kinda slow loss. Anyone else?

Running both here, progress has been gradual but real. Not much to show yet, but it's genuinely moving after years of essentially zero results.

Slow and steady wins the race?

You're definitely seeing results though, and solid ones at that. Safe healthy weight loss tops out around one percent of bodyweight weekly.

Sema making my OCD worse? Anyone else?

That other medication treats depression, correct? So the depression predates starting this treatment? Meaning it's not actually a side effect of this medication. Worth bringing up with whoever manages your mental health prescriptions instead.

Hair falling out on Zepbound :(

For me personally, hair thinning was the toughest part. Did everything by the book, solid nutrition, decent workout routine, and still lost roughly half my hair density over six or seven months. Paused the medication for now hoping to recover some of that.

    Stacking Tirz + Cagri

Been on GLP medication for two years now. Lost 75 pounds but still have another 30 to 35 to go. Progress has slowed substantially over the past year, though it was never particularly fast to begin with. Losing about a pound monthly at most currently. Had several stalls, entire months with zero...

    Feeling great!

Feeling so much better these days! No longer having to push meals down out of obligation, genuinely craving healthy food now, and still feeling really satisfied by whatever actually gets eaten.

Sema not working as well as I hoped?

The honest answer on calorie math is that sema doesn't override the intake picture - it just makes the deficit easier to create. 20 lbs in 14 months with a break is on the lower end. The honest audit of what's going into your body usually shows something.

    Brunch Sabotage: Meds edition

konjac noodles are the high-volume low-consequence meal extension on GLP-1 - they fill the bowl visually and give texture without adding meaningful calories or carbs, which makes them useful for the days when the suppressed appetite is present but you still want something that looks like a full...

Reta making me crave sweets, anyone else on Tirz?

the skip-dose-without-adverse-effects result is a legitimately different outcome than what the person posting is experiencing - the Reta sweet craving pattern comes up enough to be recognized in community threads, but it is not universal, and the absence of the pattern for some people does not...
