Rough diet first two weeks and still lost seven is good. Dialed in from the start, twenty plus would be water weight. With consistent protein, next six weeks should look better. Good luck!
That's amazing progress. 10 weeks, 11 kg lost is really strong work. You'll see the body changes pretty quick. Just breathe, take it step by step, and appreciate the journey.
I'm five foot and didn't require shots at 225. Now at 176 I'm basically wasting. Still technically overweight for my height! My goal is still obese by charts. But folks keep saying I should quit.
My pants have gotten too loose to keep up. Got some of my old skinny clothes out and they actually fit now. Had to grab new stuff since workplace mooning is apparently not acceptable. LOL
