tried a ton of supplements, probiotics, everything. nothing stuck till i just ate less overall, went low-fodmap, dropped weight. for ibs-d it's not one magic pill—you trial stuff and see what your gut actually wants.
If I get decent results with this, I'll totally share! Not gonna lie though, I get pulled into stuff that promises energy. Something tells me it's not really a physical thing but more that I need to work on the mental side. My anxiety gets me wound up, burns me out, and my social battery stays...
Great example that this isn't a free pass - you gotta make it happen with your choices about food and movement. Really solid work getting both sides right.
