If you're starting out, go slow - real slow. Begin with one dose and give your body time to adjust before adding more. Everyone's different and you won't know how you'll respond until it happens. This isn't a sprint.
Got mine out back in November, a couple days ahead of the holiday. The initial few days were painful but in a week I felt almost normal again. The surgery went smoothly, just the recovery position was the tough part-like the hunchback joke for real. About two weeks total to feel right again...
