    The first couple days after my shot are always the worst, then it gets better. New to this, but might help to back off the dose a bit when bumping up. Doubling your system load in one go is rough.

    Writing this three hours after magnesium citrate. Yeah it takes extra time in my case. Tastes pleasant - reminds me of fresh OJ flavor. Works the same way. Still processing that first movement though. Maybe we could sticky this post so folks understand?

    The cost is actually solid when you factor in testing. They run samples through twice - once internally and third party - plus random sterility checks. Worth it once you see the process.
