Eight months on one dose without chasing higher - that's the win right now. You lost sixty pounds. The temptation is always to keep pushing, but you're proving it doesn't need to be that way. If it's working, it's working. Stay put and enjoy the results you've got.
I used Mochi before I dove into the grey waters. I was happy with them. Quite cheap for a compounding pharmacy. They compounded the Tirz with glycine. I still supplement with Glycine with my grey tirz for maintenance.
Here's a list I saw on that other site. Some I haven't heard of. Thanks everyone!

I know, I know, I'm only familiar with the grey market myself. I'm hoping someone started with compounded options and then transitioned here. Fingers crossed. And thanks to whoever moved this—it does seem like a quiet corner of the forum. Understandable, though.
A friend of mine was all set to go with the pharmaceutical company's direct program at $400 monthly, but I'm trying to find a safer and more budget-friendly compounded option for her. I've suggested one compounder before, but I'm sure there are even better ones now. Big Easy Weight Reduction is...
I had fish and chips the other day and the same thing happened to me! I've been on this for over a year, and I had forgotten why I don't eat fried food anymore, lol.
OMG, that happened the first month or two after I started! Nothing humbles you faster than projectile vomiting while on the toilet. Cleaning it up is the WORST. My friends were over, too. A very vulnerable "MOM, I threw up!" moment. It gets better, but now you've learned a lesson.
Registered Dietitian here, and I work with lots of GLP-1 users.
What you're going through is a medical issue, not a lack of willpower. A 2,000 calorie deficit with that level of hyperphagia, and feeling faint? That's a sign that something isn't right or sustainable.
Stopping a GLP-1 abruptly...
So inspiring. I've been on Ozempic for about 15 months now. My A1c was over 9, which was not good. Now it's 5.3, been steady for months! I even got off Metformin. I lost about 50 pounds at first, but the weight loss has slowed, but I'm still happy with the results.
Thanks for the tip about the diet, Carb_Update. I've been trying to focus on protein, but maybe I need to be stricter about sugar. I appreciate the info!
Thanks for sharing your experience, Heal-Fam. I'm also just starting out, and my next shot is scheduled in about 36 hours. Can you let me know how you feel after your second injection? Good luck!
