Another mini-milestone achieved! This morning, the scale showed 299. Pretty sure it’s been at least half a decade since I've seen that number. So thankful for this medication!

I've had the botox thing done on the neck bands since I dropped 135. Been helpful but obviously it won't solve everything forever. What creams are giving you actual results?

Eight months on one dose without chasing higher - that's the win right now. You lost sixty pounds. The temptation is always to keep pushing, but you're proving it doesn't need to be that way. If it's working, it's working. Stay put and enjoy the results you've got.
