Finally seeing results!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I've had the botox thing done on the neck bands since I dropped 135. Been helpful but obviously it won't solve everything forever. What creams are giving you actual results?

Eight months on one dose without chasing higher - that's the win right now. You lost sixty pounds. The temptation is always to keep pushing, but you're proving it doesn't need to be that way. If it's working, it's working. Stay put and enjoy the results you've got.

Hi there, I work as a nutritional therapist. Ozempic tends to work best as one piece of a bigger picture, paired with nutrition and lifestyle choices built around your specific needs. PCOS makes keeping blood sugar steady even more crucial, and that piece can really support the weight loss you're after. Everyone's situation calls for something different though (what helps one person could be completely wrong for someone else). If you'd like to dig into your specific case, feel free to reach out. Happy to walk through how nutrition support actually works and whether it's worth pursuing for you.

Just came across mounjaro and planning to bring it up with my doctor. Ozempic's been fine but it's stopped doing much for me lately. He mentioned PCOS plays into weight loss too, which I already knew from a lifetime of dealing with it, but hearing it confirmed still stung. I've opened up to him about my struggles a few times, and honestly some of the comments from family over the years have really gotten to me, even after I thought I'd toughened up against that kind of thing. Hearing people comment on how differently a relative's face looks now that she's lost weight hit harder than I expected too.

Even though I've still got 60 lbs to lose, which is coming off gradually, getting my A1C under control feels amazing! And I know it'll help with the weight loss too, plus my mood, plus the inflammation running through my body. Dealing with PCOS here. Got my period back. Three weeks in and down 4kg. Mostly water, I know. But keeping busy physically and steering my meals toward whole foods. Eating well feels effortless now that the cravings, which used to scream at me, barely whisper anymore, if that.
