If the med helped your PCOS, that's fantastic, and proof it is working, just with a slower weight response. Some see improvement in bloodwork right away, but the weight takes years to come off. Dig into what caused your PCOS (if that hasn't been done yet), and into why you carry extra weight, a metabolic matter, since a second medicine on top of the glps may be needed.
