Calorie deficit drives weight loss, period. Doesn't matter if you're active or eating "clean." Could try injectable form, or get serious about the gym—zone 2 cardio 60min daily, 2000-2500 cal, upper/lower split after. Blood sugar will tank.
Fair point tho — we avoid sketchy suppliers but then turn around and buy from Amazon lol. The needle sterilization marks are a real question too. Best defense is just sticking with sellers you actually trust.

One thing I would add: watch hydration. I see a lot of constipation and dizziness just because people are barely eating and not drinking enough. Electrolytes can help some...
