About to take my sixth 2.5 shot here. Fifteen pounds down so far, though nothing really happened until these past couple of weeks. Spent years on Ozempic before this and never lost a pound on it - kept my glucose in check and killed my appetite completely, but the scale just wouldn't move...

Muscle loss isn't something Mounjaro itself causes. Muscle gets lost whenever weight comes off, whether Mounjaro's involved or not. If someone's holding steady at their weight, with or without it, muscle loss shouldn't really happen.

Picked up a few cartridges from Amazon recently. Label claims sterile, though who can really say for sure. Still pretty new to using pens myself.
